Shipping Policy

At Himflavours, we strive to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders across India.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are nominal and vary based on the delivery location. The applicable charges will be displayed at the time of checkout.

Orders are processed, packed, and shipped within 5 working days from order confirmation.

Delivery timelines typically range between 7–10 working days, depending on the destination.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp, enabling real-time tracking of your shipment.

Return & Refund Policy

Himflavours is committed to providing high-quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive a defective/damaged/incorrect product, the following terms shall apply:

  • Requests for return must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery by writing to info@himflavours.com.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, along with all accompanying materials.
  • Returns should be sent through a reliable and trackable courier/postal service.

Return Shipping Charges:

  • In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, reasonable return shipping charges shall be reimbursed upon verification.
  • In all other cases, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be initiated.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Note:

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Himflavours. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any return request based on verification.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges except in cases where the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery in such cases.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging through a trackable courier service, ensuring secure packing.

Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or process a refund, as applicable.

Reasonable return shipping charges will be reimbursed for such cases.
